There are a couple settings that you can tweak to influence the behaviour of MailNudger. In this guide, I’ll explain all of them to you.

First, navigate to the settings page in the MailNudger app. Scroll down until you see the ‘Email processing’ section. This section contains all configurable settings.

Smart detection

This decides whether MailNudger will analyze your emails or not. If turned off, your emails will no longer be analyzed by AI

Reminder timing

This decides how long before the due date of an event you’ll be reminded. There are a couple options:

1. Smart timing If selected, AI will use the context of the email and event to decide when to remind you.
2. Morning of due date You’ll be reminded the morning of.
3. Day before due data You’ll be reminded end of the day before.
4. Two days before You’ll be reminded end of the day, two days prior to the event.

Calendar sync

This decided whether we will sync all identified commitments to your calendar or not. If turned on, each identified commitment will become it’s own calendar item. You’ll still remain available, but will be notified.
